The entire process will be conducted in accordance with the Kerala Paper Lotteries Regulation Rules, 2005, and may be broadcast live through official media channels.
Any unsold or duplicate numbers drawn will be immediately redrawn to ensure transparency and fairness.
Government’s Objective
The notification clearly outlines that this revamp is part of a strategic move to increase public engagement by enhancing prize offerings and expanding the prize pool. The revised format underscores Kerala’s ongoing commitment to run a transparent, fair, and attractive lottery system under strict regulatory frameworks.
